Using Herotasker™ is very easy. Simply download the app and follow the on-screen instructions. For your privacy and protection, we also have an Electronic ID verification.

When you need something done, post it as a task so that our taskers can evaluate and bid for that specific task. You can then choose a tasker from all the bids that you receive. Once the task is completed to your satisfaction, simply authorize the payment to be released and leave feedback so others can also ascertain the quality of the tasker and the task they performed.

As a “Customer”, you can:
Post a task
Once bids are received, select the tasker to assign the task to initiate a private chat with the tasker.
Pay online or by cash on completion.
Mark the task as “Completed” once the task is done.
Leave feedback for the tasker.

As a “Tasker”, you can:
Evaluate the tasks posted in your relevant category and place bids to secure them.
Request more information regarding the task before or after placing a bid.

Once your bid is chosen by the client, you will automatically be assigned to the task. Once finished, ask the customer to mark the task as "Completed" and to provide a review.

Your rank will change based on how well you were rated. The higher the rank, the better the chance to be chosen for a task.
